U.S. beefs up military presence in Caribbean

The U.S. is strengthening its military presence in the Caribbean to combat drug trafficking. Meanwhile, Venezuela has pledged more troops to fight drug trafficking following the U.S. deployment of fighter jets to Puerto Rico and a strike against a Venezuelan boat allegedly carrying drugs.
