‘Magical’ park in the UK has rides, hot tubs and fun castle

Finding enriching activities to do as a whole family, away from the monotony of the daily grind, can be quite the challenge.

Some travel excursions are more aimed at children, which doesn’t make them any less worthwhile but it can quickly become grating for the adults. Similarly, there’s no shortage of places and activities that aren’t child friendly.

However, one mum believes she’s found the perfect place to suit all needs. Content creator Jade said this location is a “magical” place to visit with children – due to the vast array of attractions like hot tubs and rides to suit the entire family.

She’s posted about Sundown Adventureland a number of times, regularly singing its praises. And in a recent video update, she revealed spots at the park have been selling out fast.

Sundown Adventureland is a children’s theme park located in Rampton, Nottinghamshire. It boasts more than 30 rides and attractions, with a plethora of themed-areas including the Wild West, pirates, as well as fantasy and fairytale zones.

Many rides are suitable for young children, with buttons which can be pressed to make the ride interactive to keep little ones thoroughly entertained. It also has dining options, with some of its restaurants offering soft-play spots.

For adults to relax, there are hot tubs they can soak into in the picturesque surroundings. 

In her most recent video showcasing the theme park, the mum shared her thoughts in a voice over.

Kicking things off, she said: “You did it, guys. Last time I posted about this amazing place to visit with children, it has been viewed by over 3.7 million of you, which is absolutely insane.”

She thanked viewers for “all the love”, then continued: “But you have done it, there is hardly any availability for the summer.

“I went on to book for us to visit as a family for an upcoming weekend and there was no availability at all so, yeah, I’ve kind of done myself out there.

“This is the incredible Sundown Adventure Land and you can stay on site in the wonderful Hoseasons Wild Acre Village.

“There’s lodges with a hot tub and yeah, we’ve stayed four times, I think, with the children. We absolutely love it – there’s rides, there’s interactive buttons, dancing, soft play.

“[There’s the] biggest sandpit you’ve ever seen outside the soft play you have access to if you’re staying on site for longer hours as well.”

She added: “Honestly, it’s just wonderful. Cannot recommend it enough.”
