During a meeting with President Cyril Ramaphosa in the Oval Office, President Donald Trump alleged that there was a genocide against white people in South Africa. Trump played a video purporting to show support for violence against Afrikaners. Ramaphosa said there is “criminality in our country,” but clarified that the clips Trump played are not government policy.
