As fears grow over rising prices resulting from President Donald Trump’s sweeping new tariffs, a growing number of Americans are beginning to stockpile items before they become more expensive, with even billionaires like Mark Cuban saying it’s time to buy necessities. Experts warn, however, to avoid panic buying and purchasing only what you need, especially for groceries. NBC’s Brian Cheung reports for TODAY.
