South Korea’s constitutional court voted to dismiss President Yoon Suk Yeol from office in a unanimous decision to uphold the government’s impeachment against him. Yoon was suspended from office after trying to declare martial law in the country. NBC News’ Janis Mackey Frayer reports from Seoul.
