The Mega Millions winning numbers are in for Friday, December 20th, a drawing that saw the jackpot reach $862 million.

Check your tickets to see if they match the winning numbers: 51, 2, 67, 56, 20 and the Mega Ball 19.

If Friday’s drawing did not produce a jackpot winner, there’s still time to become a mega-millionaire for Christmas, but lady luck will have to be on your side.

The jackpot has been rolling since it was last claimed at $810 million in Texas on Sept. 10.

If someone hits the jackpot in Friday’s drawing, they’ll have the option of an annuity with 29 annual payments or a lump sum cash payout of approximately $392.1 million before taxes.

Winning at this level would make it the largest prize ever awarded in December and the seventh largest in Mega Millions history.

Historically, 13 Mega Millions jackpots have been won in December since the game began in 2002, with three of them claimed after Christmas. However, no jackpot has ever been won on Christmas Day, despite six drawings being held on the holiday over the years.

Tickets for Mega Millions are $2 each, and the odds of winning the jackpot are about 1 in 303 million.

The next drawing is scheduled for Tuesday night.
